Parent Testimonials

Our son, Brandon, has been at St Peter's Day Nursery since he was five and a half months old. We've watched him grow up through Robins, Caterpillars and Butterflies until finally at the age of 3 it was time for Preschool.

I won't lie, it is different. Suddenly your baby is growing up. Preschool is much bigger, more lively and lots going on. You don't get a run down of what they've eaten, how long they slept and what toys they played with all day (although you can ask). You gradually realise that your child is fine and you're the one who's finding it hard to get used to!

The aim of Preschool is to get your child ready for school. The staff work extremely hard to help your child learn and gain their independence, whilst having fun at the same time. For the bigger children nearing their time to leave for "Big School", they even have lessons in putting a P.E. kit on!

If you get a chance, do attend a "Play with me" session. It's a really good insight into your child's day; who their friends are, what they're learning and how the staff take care of them.

If you are ever concerned – speak to one of the Parent Voices. My name is Julie and I'm one of the Parent Voices for Preschool. My contact details are on the notice board or ask a member of staff.

Jake has been at St Peters, Titchfield, since he was 5 mths old, he is now nearly 3. From the outset I felt very comfortable leaving Jake in the care of the St Peters Team. Initially it was difficult to be parted from him but over time it has become easier and easier and I feel that is because im very happy to leave Jake in such great care. Jake is also a very confident, happy and contented child, he is also above average in terms of his speech development and again some of this im sure is down to spending part of his time at nursery. I also cant thank them enough for the flexibility they have shown over the last year, due to work commitments, Jakes days at nursery tend to change week on week and St Peters are always happy to accommodate, this is invaluable to me.

Michele, a very happy mummy!
My husband and I are so pleased that we found St. Peter's Nursery, in Titchfield for our son. He began at the age of 9 months and quickly settled in. The staff are all brilliant - very kind and caring. He has gained so much from going to St. Peter's. He is much more independent and a happy boy.  Thank you
St Peter's Day Nursery, Titchfield, has massively helped my daughter's motor skills and confidence and she has made some wonderful friends. She adores her workers who are friendly and open and i find it reassuring she knows the whole team by name and face. She totally enjoys the structure to her day and I couldn't ask for better daycare for my daughter. Well done all of you!!
Thank you so much, my husband and I are very grateful  for all you have done for Amber & Bradley, when he was also with you. You have been a great support to us all.
Thank you for making Roisins time at Nursery fun, exciting and a great learning experience. You have shown Roisin kindness, friendship and love which I really appreciate.
We woud like to Thank you all for looking after Imogen for the past 18months. She has really enjoyed her time with you all and you all made the transfer from her previous nursery to St Peter's very easy. She has developed into an even more confident child, one who is now ready for the next stage in her schooling.
