The baby unit is split into two rooms, Robins non walkers and Caterpillars confident walkers.
We aim to provide a secure and cosy environment for the babies which includes suitable toys and play activities. We have a basic daily routine, but this is flexible. The have a sleep room, dining area, messy area, changing area and of course a playroom for each group.
To ensure your baby feels secure we will continue your sleep routine from home and of course bottle feeds.
Robins and Caterpillars have separate planning which is based on the “Birth to Three “ framework. See curriculum site for more details. Before your child moves from Robin’s to Caterpillars they will have some visits to ensure a smooth transition and again when in Caterpillars going up to Butterflies.
